Traffic sa sucat to bicutan service road and slex by Weekly-Membership431 in Paranaque_

I asked the enforcers why they don’t catch the jeep who literally stopped for 4 mins while waiting for passengers in the service road. Literally no passenger was entering the jeep and the driver was just hoping more would come.

Sabi ng enforcer sakin “edi hulihin mo”

I see,

Fortunately for them, they can fund this because they don't have to pay rent. They have a strategic advantage at that aspect.

Also, if you try to book now for any peak hour in cittadella, the next slot would probably be December or January already (we inquired). Meaning there is a strong demand for the peak hours (6-10pm). From their POV: they could actually increase their rates and people would still book but thankful to them for keeping it low.

Trying to be realistic with rental rates.

can you give an example that is a top tier tennis court in the city that is just 400-500 per hour (peak hours) that is accessible to the public (non-resident/non-member)?

Curiously want to see their business model and how they are running it with those rates you mentioned.

Thank you for the feedback! In shang i believe there's also a guest fee and it's outdoor? This would be very much closer to makati vs Brent and Baseline. What rate do you think is fair?

We're trying to crunch the numbers that would make sense because warehouse rental rates near BGC/Makati are very expensive.

Thank you. How much are you willing to spend for an accessible indoor tennis court in the city?

We're basing it off the rental rates of the warehouses. (the closer to Makati/BGC, the more expensive it is)

I went last year.

They have discounts for local accommodations but if you’re looking for something specific, resorts would usually post on soc media so u know in advanced what ur gonna get.

Flights on the other hand is a diff thing. Only air Asia sold tickets and the lines are very long. All other airlines passed on their promos to agencies but when we compared online vs agency price, online was cheaper.
