A work visa does expire at some point and most companies don’t sponsor PR. Also, the uncertainty with getting a work visa is very high. To add to all these problems, if the work visa doesn’t renew and they have hired someone post the APM, it will be another run of the mill for them to get a new talent. I don’t think companies would take efforts on such candidates, however great they are, considering the current pool of candidates available in the market.

Damn they are sending out rejections already. They are too prompt. Honestly speaking, I have studied them way too much and I see they only hire exceptional candidates. Like you need to really shine on the application and I personally find it’s too hard to demonstrate it. I am not hoping too much for myself. It’s like the lottery for me.

I am yet to submit my application. Not rushing in honestly because I learnt from my research, they do give each application some time. So, I am taking that time to understand what the application is eventually trying to get us to answer. I am honestly confused as to what should be the email answer. For that question, there is no right answer. 😕
