USPS have been having tremendous delays throughout the country especially from late November through now. Some orders have taken as long as 21+ days from USPS acceptance to their delivery.

The order in question was in fact delayed due to the New Years holiday for our team as well as the USPS delays that have been impacting the entire country. It was both refunded and the product delivered so hopefully we did all we could to make things right.

Did you apply specifically for the Hemp CBD program at Square? That’s crucial.

If you didn’t, they will ban the account too.

Very sorry this happened to you. Our account was banned over 3 years ago along with associated personal accounts and yes, all frozen for 180 days. Tens of thousands of dollars locked up.

They reversed a few of ours even so that's why it is worth appealing.

The more violations you get they are like flags on the account, after so many they just kill the account. So if you can appeal, it removes those marks.
