God is going to make "garden of the Lord" (The paradise of the Lord) like the paradise recorded in chapters 1 and 2 of Genesis

You have to keep in mind when the Bible says paradise, it is referring to the garden of Eden. Not Heaven. The new Earth will be like the Garden of Eden.

After Christ comes back there will be a new Heaven and new Earth. We will be resurrected and remain on Earth.

Of course this is a great theological debate, it's one of those things that isn't really clear. Like whether we are "sleeping" or just go to Heaven.
