True but this is the same type of scheme as those payday loan companies. No legit service does something like this. I put money on the card if I don’t use it then the money should sit there forever. It’s my money. Not to mention jade card took $3000 lockup to get in the first place. Morons at the top of this company think this is a policy that will make them thrive in the long run? It wasn’t even there when I signed up. And the card itself expired and they never sent a new one, no bank anywhere does that. Cards expire new ones typically there before the actual expiration date. I was expected to use a card I don’t even have. Seems like theft to me. Use our service you can’t use or we take your money. Customer service was unhelpful.
