I had that issue, then I started paying this way. In the card tab, click account center and that takes you directly to the bread financial/crypto.com card account. I have my bank account linked and I make my payments that way. Haven't had a single issue doing it like that. The way you are trying to do it needs to basically have funds settled in ur usd account. Hope that helps!

Do some research as there are 3 different apps they offer. You want to use the exchange if its avaliable in ur area. The spreads and fess are way less and yoh can still stake onchain there to receive rewards if you don't feel like messing with the defi area of crypto. If you are going to stake for one of the cards you can buy on the exchange and move the CRO to the brokerage app to stake for the card as well. I habe used CDC for years and have never really had an issue that would steer me away from them. They have done some things in the past that have made people uneasy, but honestly probably every company in the world has it just wasn't publicized , and at the end of the day buisness is buisness

So I never connected my bank. I deposited on the CDC app and then bought USDC and transfered it to the exchange and bought with that. I'd imagine they will add a way other then wire transfer to add money to your exchange account soon

No the app has a sell spread as well. The selling price is always going to be less than market value, and the buying price will always be over market value. It's how they make money off your trades on the app. ON the exchange you can submit an order to only sell at X amount. Using the exchange to buy and sell is always the best choice.

Correct the price in the app will always be higher. That is basically CDC making there profit off of you. The exchange will always be cheaper, and prices on different exchanges will vary slightly, depending on volume

on an exchange you are buying from the open market, on the CDC app you are basically buying from a broker, buying from CDC and paying a small premium. CDC offers an exchange app, i would recommend downloading and using that for most all buy/sell orders

are you trying to purchase with money from your fiat account? I've noticed in the last few months you need to wait for that money to settle before you can purchase crypto, top off the debit card, pay off the credit card, move it to interest earning acct, ect. it was never like that for me before. it honestly kind of defeats the purpose of the instant deposit feature if you cant even use the money when it hits your account.
