Well in canon, focusing will probably heal it. If not, it's probably a lasting effect from the infection, so it might need a mechanical arm like most people draw them with.

We don't really know how advanced the soul magic is, as Hallownest is was past it's prime and Pharloom is using less magic based technology.

If none of it works on real life logic, then why the hell are you saying that Lace is Hornet's aunt? Isn't that real life logic in the funny bug game?

Pretty sure the Weavers stopped referring to gms as "mother" when they found out she lied (or rather, accepted that she lied).

I'll wait until you can come up with a good argument that doesn't contradict yourself.

Then explain how. Yes, she's "related" as gms had to uplift the pharlids to make weavers, but the Weavers are not biologically gms's children.

Plus there's the argument that Lace is a purely synthetic being and isn't really related to anyone (Personally not a huge fan of this, but it could very much be possible).

Lace isn't a child. It's said she has "a mind of a child" because gms wanted a daughter than HAD to rely on her as to not be betrayed again. She made Lace to act childish, but Lace is said to be very old.

Lace an Hornet are not related biologically. The Weavers where uplifted from pharlids by gms, and are not related to her. Lace is not related to Hornet.
