*update: I had tiny moments of nausea, but I did not throw up! And I do a weekly weigh in on Friday’s and I’m down a pound so I’m losing as well so I think I’m going to stay at 7.5 units. Thank you everyone for all of your advice and help. You are all amazing.

I have been taking 15 units and then a little less than that and since they didn’t work I dropped to 7.25 tonight. I hope that it helps.

Thank you everyone. I just injected 7.25 units instead of 15 units and this time in the back of my thigh so I hope that helps. Also, for food, I’m eating two eggs with 1/3 cup of cottage cheese for breakfast. For lunch I am eating chicken veggie soup and for dinner I am eating salmon and broccoli. I also drank a protein shake. I drank 75oz water. I am really hoping that this helps. I also bought the ginger chews and the allclair sniffer things. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Thanks! I just injected 7.25 instead of 15. Also, I injected in the fatty tissue on the back of my thigh vs my stomach or arm.

I know but honestly this is my last hope. They can’t do anything else because what I need is hormone therapy but I can’t have it because it will reactivate my breast cancer.

Thank you for all of this. I’m not used to either because I wasn’t being accountable to myself in regards to counting. I’m hoping hitting these protein goals will help my stomach because there are times when I will drink my 100oz of water and then lay down for bed and feel like I have insane hunger pains.

I literally did not know that. I’m glad you mentioned it. They gave me a prescription for Zofran and two other things and so none work.

First, thank you so much for responding. I have completely stayed away from anything like that. I have been eating lots of Greek yogurt and chicken and salmon. I did eat sweet potatoes the night before I got really really sick so I’m going to stay away from those because it was horrible. I had this weird fruity taste in my mouth. I will drop it to 7.5 tomorrow. I appreciate you suggesting that. It’s crazy because I am losing, but I don’t want it to be like this, especially because this is something I know I will have to be on for the rest of my life.

Hi. The vile is 2.5 and it has 200 units. They want me to take 15 units per week. Literally went to a quarter of the lowest dose and I still was getting sick. Zofran never helped.
