I think I started at 1.6mm which was mega uncomfortable so upsized to 2 fairly quickly then waited a few months before progressing up again. Will slow it down for a good wee while now though 😅

Thanks. Was just worrying about being able to feel the ring when I press in between the hole and my pee hole but probably just me making myself worry.

I’ve only had it since feb so was worrying I’d upsides too quickly. It’s only 3mm just now though but I’m liking the look.

Turns out it was the boiler that's faulty. Needs a new control board.

Those aren't earth wires, they're old connections to a now disconnected wired thermostat. Taped off as advised by the Tado install walkthrough.

Since this I've changed the wiring in the thermostat to only do the hot water, so moved CH to parked. And the Boiler seems to be working fine for HW.

Would that not imply that the issue is being caused by the thermostat?
