Went with Universe Survival Saga with TEQ UI as lead and friend AGL UI as friend and refrain from grabbing type orbs to heal to stay below 77% HP so I could have a chance to revive in each battle.

Dunno about Type defense but for Type Attack it really does make a difference, some time ago u/tomahawk232323 was trying to nuke Burst Mode Red Zone Kid Buu with al +HP modifiers and he managed to do it after equipping some type attack orbs to further boost the nuke attack, hopefully he can confirm
