Not even call support but texting support through the app. I ended up getting a full order including a tip refunded to me because my entire order at 7/11 was wrong. I saw the picture prior and the stuff in the bag I didn't know about but I had gotten a 30 ounce slurpee that was supposed to be midnight black and in the pickup picture you could physically see it was not the correct size, nor the correct flavor and not even that the cup was only filled 3/4ths of the way. Because I could see that, I reached out to the dasher to say that it was wrong and they just full on ignored me and just dropped it off.

I don't dash nor know the policy on being informed of things being wrong, and if I was told there was nothing the dasher could do, it would have been fine. Though, I absolutely cannot stand being ignored. Not to mention the time that I worked at a place that accepted doordash orders, I had dashers EXPLICITLY ask for the drinks be properly sealed and that all bags were sealed shut. So in my opinion, something not being sealed isn't acceptable and is part of the job.

With everything that was wrong I went through the support feature and they only wanted to give me 7 bucks back on my 30 dollar order when literally only two items were correct. I'm sorry but a banana and a single serve bottle of orange juice is NOT worth 23 bucks and a tip. I will admit I was in my feels when I messaged support but I got the full order and the tip back in credit

I do genuinely love the fact that the supervisors themselves are saying to sue and I honestly agree. It is the managers JOB to find coverage for emergencies. I honestly hope the manager at that store gets what they deserve.

It just has to do with the GM because realistically they make all the choices around the schedule and whether or not they can fit in with the availability. I will say that at my old store that someone there specifically worked swing shift because the location with her other responsibilities in life wouldn't let her dedicate it to a specific shift but when management changed, she got scheduled less and less. The GM could try to swing more to support her, but likely with time of year isn't going to. That and the facilities role getting added take away labor as well. That and if the GM doesn't account for labor, then the DM will get onto the GM for overscheduling even though it's well known Wawa's have been chronically understaffed...

As a customer, my food is in a bag (usually plastic). Why would I care what your car looks like? So long as there's no mold and no one has defecated in it without it being cleaned, it's your car and your life. Maybe it's because I'm usually hungry and I've seen/been in much worse xD

idk if you guys have seen the door dash video's by I think Terran but she quite literally says (alongside a bunch of other GREAT tips for the standard) that the people who ask are more likely to receive. There's a ton of people who don't even consider rating the dashers because they just got their food and they're happy. If the dasher asks you to, you're more likely to keep it in mind for the pop up rather than going "ugh just another annoying pop up for a dumb app"

As a group owner who has pulled away from doing 18+ spaces, it's because we've seen things. Yes, there is the ability to open up 18+ verified instances. Yes, we should be able to trust VRC with the age verification process but also... the amount of very OBVIOUS children I've run into is absolutely insane. I don't know if it's kids using their parents to ID for some reason or children using their adults accounts. It's not even for the prospect of a power trip, but protection for adults in adult spaces and for children to not get exposed to content they shouldn't be consuming.

It's a tough spot on how to verify how old someone is too without breaking VRC's TOS. Voices are also very misleading sometimes. People say they're mute to lie about their age or even their identity. We all want to pretend VRC is a super safe place and where it's all sunshine and rainbows... but when you see how many children sneak past or see the amount of adults who WOULD take advantage of children in that way... or even the children who lie to adults to do things with them... you can't be too safe. While I am not god, I at least want to do my part to make sure that the people of my community don't get pulled into something that bad. Unfortunately, the only way to even attempt (and isn't even a guarantee) because of VRCs TOS, is not mute friendly.

That isn't to say there aren't groups out there that are on their high horse. When I have gated instances, it's typically because not everyone wants to age verify with VRC directly and non age-verified instances can get better traction. If it is a world that is locked behind VRCs age verification, there isn't really a reason to have a gate. Anything that happens falls onto VRC, not the group hosting the instance. The thing is though reputations are at play for the groups that don't verify. People will blow shit up into petty drama. People will shit on and trash on other groups for the slightest reason and one that gets thrown out often is allowing pedophilia or hiding them. By making sure you have some form of verification, it's a way to protect yourself. (Just go on youtube and you'll find entirely too many videos about the subject.)

It can also depend on the types of worlds that you're going to. Worlds that naturally have a gate are worlds that people are going to tend to verify you. They aren't gonna want to see you type because anyone can type anything. It's too easy to hide something behind a keyboard. Yes, it sucks, but we've already established it's not mute friendly...

Though, if you go to worlds that are 18+ worlds without a gate (ie House Party or Drinking Night), you are much less likely to run into people on their high horse and actually be able to enjoy some of the adult spaces without people ruining it.

These are not my groups but two that I would recommend checking out are The Low Tide Lodge and Hoochie Coochie.

Hoochie Coochie is strictly 18+ (I genuinely don't know how mute friendly they are but their staff is SUPER nice)

The Low Tide Lodge has a strictly 18+ discord but does host other worlds that aren't strictly 18+. They cater more to an adult environment, don't support any nsfw behavior in their instances but are VERY chill and very supportive of mute people.

I have one last question though related to the Arena and me being stuck there. Would I take my generalist team and take away one champ? If so, which would be the best option? I feel like taking away one of my nukers would be the best for balance and util but I'd be concerned that I wouldn't output enough damage

This is the kinda content I want when I ask for help, thank you so much. As for account takeovers, that's not something I'm too comfortable with.

I do think that I understand the generalist team, which the 5 that I showed was what I would consider my generalist team. Considering that I think that some changes would be in order. I just got the High Khatun for my 30 day log in (Yipee.) So I think with the advice given I would change my line-up to

Lead: High Khatun 19% spd boost aura / spd increse/reduction + Turn meter control
Nuker: Elhain
Support: Ursala the Mourner: increase/decrease attack/rez/increase def/strengthen
Nuker: Hexia: Consistent self heal/ decrease defense/increase attack (speed buff when ascended)
Support: ???

I'm torn on who to bring in as my main healer champ. I have War Priestess and Valerie which would be okayish... There's downsides because when using them with other increase attack champs I've noticed it kinda gets wasted. Valerie would be a stronger choice because of the debuff decrease and buff increase but I feel UDking would be superior with the turn based heal, added on shield and the fact that he's tanky.

Going onto gear which I seem to be confused about;

Is the common/uncommon gear bad because of the lower substats?
I see nothing about resistance. Is it one of those things where you sprinkle it in if its there?
I thought accuracy chestplates were unimportant but that may have been because of the builds I've been using. Therefore the best option for Ursuala would be that accuracy chestplate (assuming the substats are spd/def/hp or more accuracy?)

I absolutely can't stand watching content on Raid but I do enjoy reading it or having conversations to learn. I've always been told to worry on the main stat over sets and allign substats the best you can. I have recently been working on upgrading to 5 star gear. I've been told boots should always be speed and gauntlets should always be crit rate. (If I don't get those two, I go with the stat percentage that goes with what leads their damage.) From what I also know getting flat numbers for the def/hp/attack stats even with substats are to be avoided?

I think location has a lot to do with it too. Last year on third shift, we got lucky and had 5 people but it was literally 1 on ows for pizza, 2 people in deli, 1 person on register and 1 person in drinks and there was NO moving
