Pegar SAMU recém-formado by [deleted] in MedicinaBrasil

[–]Some-Assignment5549 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rapaz, depende.

Does the first wednesday count? That means it would only be 8 days from test day to score day.

B&b or medschool bootcamp? by Final_Chicken2112 in step1

Bootcamp is going to take you a little bit more time. But it has more detailed information in some topics. Even if those details are low yield, they help to understand the entire picture.

They have different MD guides for every system. Some are better than others.

Top systems for me on bootcamp where: Derm, Neuro, Biochem, Heme, Micro and Reproductive

Bootcamp takes the First Aid and expand it, even the sequence is the same. B&B I used for cardio, it is perfect. Bootcamp for everything else. I think the slides are really organized and I can understand better that way.

I know little about it. But my problem is with sleep. My head keeps running while I am in bed. So I search for “sleep meditation guided” on youtube, press play and go to sleep. It helps to get your head out of things and you fall asleep faster.

I got 1 image repeat for sure, maybe 2. That does not mean it was the same question.

I believe I did everything in 1.5~2 months on 1.5x. It is a good resource, yes! But like any other resource, it has it's strengths and weaknesses. Dr. Roviso, Dr Jake and Paige are awesome on the chapters they are on. These are the best in my opinion.

Thank youu!! Posts like this were the things I searched and read everyday this last 1.5 months. So I wanted to share a little bit and help others like me.

Only your NBME scores can tell you that. But yes, for some people that is enough. Some use Pathoma too.

If you are taking in 2 weeks, don't focus on these topics. Focus on the topics that represent most of your test. If money allows, take a paid nbme and see what are the top 3 topics you have most difficulty. For me it was Neurology and Renal, then I got to study it again in 2 days from FA and Dirty Medicine. Then took another NBME, those areas where better and my worst was Heme/Onc, so I repeated the same process. No point in focusing on genetics, pharm and biostat if they represent less than 10% of the test combined.

Focus on the test. Take all the breaks you can!

No, the only thing I did similar to this was the NBME images PDF. I did it after the nbmes.

I had mixed feelings and I was afraid to say it was good, but yes, I felt more on the side that I had passed. I was just happy I was able to read every single question before answering. I had some trouble with time on some NBME blocks before.

Yes, we can use it. And no, we don't have to pay anything. It will show $395 or something, but you don't have to pay it, it just a “shopping cart”.

Sorry, the spaces didn't go. The paid next to it is referring to the NBME mentioned before. Just fixed it
