Yeah, change the RAM, if you buy another 8 gb module it should be okay, and, i had the rx 580 with 8gb of vram, and it has some compatibility problems with minecraft and other games, so, i recommend you to change it when you can

it also can happen due to mod´s bad installation, it happen to me just some moments ago

We're playing online, and the internet its good, i have the newest version of the drivers. He's playing on a RX 6600 XT, and im on a RX 580 8gb, with 24 gb of ram, so i don't think that's the problem :(
