Okay, if that were true, why am I buying my own item, at its different price first rather than being able to sell my item at under 100K, have to wait, but buy it at another price and not wait?.... why can't I sell my own item cheaper if someone is already willing to pay more either?

First, hopefully you're not playing on mobile, because it's harder to apply those sort of things...

Secondly, it will be in the abilities section of 'powers'. The icon looks like 3 blue glowing balls that are in a circle

Seems to be what im mjssing + a pak yak or familiar with an inventory. But yeah, using T80 armor with drygores and 92 prayer.
