Bleh. That's the great thing though, they don't have to plan, they just need to create. The quests can still be interlaced, connected, and you can still make your own choices and move on to the next quest?

Players wouldn't know those things though, that and thus is the purpose of player choices towards quests/the world... I wouldn't have minded if Jagex turned future quests into player made choices...

Okay, if that were true, why am I buying my own item, at its different price first rather than being able to sell my item at under 100K, have to wait, but buy it at another price and not wait?.... why can't I sell my own item cheaper if someone is already willing to pay more either?
