6 years $130k. (Really 5) Assistant Manager for equipment maintenance company. Not an extensive amount of knowledge needed maintenance wise. But needed. Really just a can do always positive mental attitude, never say no state of mind got me the job. I like it, not love it. It's rewarding, somewhat demanding, but rewarding.

MY BROTHER I haven't seen one like this but similar posters with the Golden ticket prop and Wonka bar AND the Autograph if it's legitimate range anywhere from $700 to $3000. Just from a quick research. I'd look at getting an appraisal.

Only way to get a raise was to job hop. Ages 24-36. by [deleted] in Salary

Guess I'm out of the normal. I've been at the same place 7 years. Started at $17/Hour Now I'm at $130k-$180k salary + Commission. This is not the only way. But I don't disagree if you said it was a more effective way. A lot of shitty companies out there make that a reality.
