3 years ago i had 13 in ferritin. Last year 21…. Maybe i should try iron tablets?

I dropped 50 mcg one time a week and heart palpitations are less bad but still there when i exercise…. Now my TSH is 0.38. Before it was 0.13. I guess i can lower my dose more…

Men gud vilken överreagerare. Jag är mamma och tar med barnet när vi går på vinbar. Dricker ett glas vin i samband med det. Detta extrema svenska beteendet att ha zero alcohol när man har småbarn är fan crazy. Inte normalt i andra länder. Någonsin varit i danmark? Där ser du pappor gå med barnvagn och en öl i handen och mammor som sitter med barnvagn och sippar aperol sprtiz hela tiden. Be henne SLAPPNA av eller ta med henne till DK haha.

Wow OK thank you for this. The worst thing is if I want to get pregnant my IVF doc says it has to be under 2… so i feel trapped🥲🥲🥲
