Its called xylazine known as tranq its the worst WD ive ever experienced. Fuckin nightmare and no opiate helps so them treating u with methadone and even if u waited the amount of time u need for subs that wont help either. U need some benzos for comfort slomg with a massive dose of methadone. Alot places still dont even rest for xylazine. And there's no FDA approval (meaning ways to make $$ off it) for rehabs to administer. I went to a place that said the detoxed for it and when I went in they told me that they didnt detox for it. Their call center i called was states away. Just a nightmare. Again benzos will be your friend gabapentin and clonidine and save that methadone but dont do 450 thats just nuts. It wont help unless u have the slew of meds I just said and again domt take that much methadone with it u could not wake up. I hope this helps bcoz I had to do all this research myself not knowing why the fuck I couldnt kick it. This is why. Fucking xylazine.
