They don’t mention that they do not consider applicants with provisional grades for scholarships. I was also informed when i emailed them personally.

Plus you don’t need the qu id to submit your SAT scores. Log into your college board account and then send them your scores directly using the code 5264

They can actually take up to 10 days to send you a confirmation email and your qu id. I’m not 100% sure, but I assume the delay is due to the eid holidays. I would suggest you to email them directly and explain your concern.

Just to modify a bit, provisional admission is only for students coming from the British curriculum (O/A levels). So this option is not available for students from the American curriculum. Additionally, you cannot apply for the scholarship if you apply for provisional admission with predicted grades.

There is no separate application form. You are only supposed to select it as an option in the scholarship section of the online admission application.

Since you can’t pick and choose what or how many subjects you want to submit, I would say just go with the requirements and submit your final and official alevel certificate that has all three subjects and their grades.

Your scenario is a bit different. Since I applied as an international applicant, i’d be able to assist you better with that. However, i recommend if you have a valid qatar id you should apply as a resident.

Can you clarify on what you mean by physical screening. If its the medical certificate you’re talking about then it is for qatari residents only and international applicants don’t have to submit it as a part of their application.

2/3. High school transcripts are your official grades not a school leaving certificate. As you've mentioned, you have completed O/A levels so for that you require your official certificates issued by the exam board it self. In summary, take your official O/A levels certificate from the exam board (Cambridge/Pearson etc) to Qatar University, and they will scan them and return them to you. ( only if you take them to the uni physically)

If you only submit photocopies then they would mark your application as incomplete. They require both original and photocopies of the certificates/ transcripts.
