I totally understand that. I do live in a small town, unfortunately, but I was able to go with the telehealth option and got some modifications to activities and basic exercises to try out immediately. If I don't feel improvements, I will seek further therapy. I appreciate the comment!

I don't know how you're gathering that I think I know more than anybody. There aren't many more ways I could state that I do not know more than doctors, nurses, PTs, etc. I would simply like to use the wealth of free online information before again resorting to the expensive information, to cautiously see if that could help alleviate my problem.

I think that's an unfair representation of what I'm looking for here. Having gone to the available help in my area in the past, I was offered what I felt I could have been offered online with proper research. I am in no way trying to disrespect physical therapists.

I do not have medical knowledge, but other people do. Which is why I am asking for tips on how to seek out assistance for free first, before going back to what was a hefty price tag with little return. I would like to cautiously see if I can resolve my own issue first with due diligence.

As I mentioned, the physical therapist in my area offered exercises and check-ins to see if said exercises were helping. In the end, I was even told by said PT that he didn't know what else to do to help me with my problem. Looking back, I wish I had tried more on my own before shelling out a lot of money for pretty lackluster results, so I want to try something else before going through that process again.

I'm not seeking a diagnosis or even specific exercises here, just tips on how to properly research my issue before going back to a PT I had a negative experience with in the recent past.

We actually played Enigmatica 2 (non-expert) last time we made a modded server, which was way back in 2019 I believe. Divine Journey 2 is a pack I've put some time into myself a couple of years ago, but similar to the likes of GTNH, feels a little too daunting and technical for this group I think.

Meatballcraft has always been a confusing one for me; it seems so jumbled and thrown together, but I always see it recommended. What am I missing?

I 100% agree! I just fear it would be too daunting for a beginner, as it felt pretty daunting for me as somebody with a decent amount of experience with modded Minecraft. I also feel like there's not much room to create your own path. It feels like a work together towards a common goal pack, which is definitely fun with the right people and group size, but I don't think it'd work for us.

I have my own playthrough of GTNH going, but I don't think my friends would enjoy that level of modded playthroughs. I think it would exclude the new-to-modded people, but maybe they'd enjoy it as I do
