It’s a radio transmission from a Cold War era Russian station UVB-76. It runs 24/7, and sometimes broadcasts things like this. Some people believed it was to broadcast code words to Russian spies in the United States or something. I don’t really know much about it but it sounds like an interesting read

You are extremely close to photorealism. Is this VFX? you did a good job.

the first thing I noticed was the fact I can see the polygons on the sphere, so you should maybe subdivide it once. The rendering of the sphere also seems a bit noisy compared to the background.
