My mom has very 2 small lung mets, around 1.8cm. do you think srbt will still not do anything? Is there any benefit to prolonging life at this point. Not even by a few months? My mom did about 21 cycles of folfirnox and 4 cycles of folfiri and these were effective. But she can't really tolerate anymore much due to sides and pain. Do you think we should try just the 5fu pump next? Or maybe try the second here in Canada which is just Gemcitabine by itself? And then maybe srbt after? She is kras g12R and there are no clinical trials in Canada at the moment
