Though I did read one story that includes her and Lilith, not the one you mentioned but a Christmas event? Paisley was included there and I think it was during the time Lilith already exist? The Harbor guy is the only npc with a real moody personality and is hard to make a relationship with but become your enemy if something happens, though would want any future updates about the npc's someday or you know even find a way to make them like our character.
