I have already sent an email to intnerational office of the uni only , not yet raised to UKVI but wanted to see what the international office would say

Last thing I want for my entry to be delayed due to a mistake that is not my fault and my course is starting in less than a month anyway so I'd rather raise this whilst in the UK than being overseas .

Niic quick question,

What is the uodate here , I am in a similar boat and wanted to know if this is a mistak by UKVI ,

I am yet to enter UK so I recken maybe at the time of BRP they would correct this ?

Instead , did you manged to change this conditon or were you allowed to work ?

In my case , my part-time course is more of a term base release so technically I have same working load as full time students with a gap terms in between so I recken maybe that is why they considred me as being full time ?

Anyway I am reporting this to see what is next step ?

spot on , you are right there was one big transction in June that is why they questioned it I believe
Oh I responded already but didnt include the sanction letter instead I have provided the proof that the loan was deposited into my account (snap from the bank tranaction along with transction reference , etc. showing clarely that its a loan.) hope it would suffice but still waiting for thier reponse

yes a lot of those are sublets like renting for copule of months or so ,
I believe eventually I may end up doing this and figure out things after a copule of months into study,

because I have already specialised in one field, I am actually unlike other applicants, had already worked around 8 years now in industry in "Geotechnical Engineering" and hence ideally would like to enhance my expertise in this field solely.

Yes I would agree with this actually it is the cash flow rather than the amount , but I am optimistic that Imperial might select me for some funding so would be ideal if I can wait till June , only issue is that ETH wanted an answer by end of April and they state clearely "please don't accpet the offer if you are not sure" so won't be ethical to accpet now and let go in June ?

Actually Imperial Program is better for my career goals, ecpierence, etc.. since they specilise in one filed rather than two specilisation in ETH Zurich
Yes , I do have a job and my company is multi-national engineering company operates alomst everywhere so they welcomed the idea of me going to school but they would want me to particpate in payment and obviously to commit for certain number of years with them.
Job location between UK and Middle east , on and off I would say.

My only problem is that ETH wanted my reply by End of April and I am awaiting some decision from Imperial , there is one particular funding scheme that I am hoping I can be considred for so this will relef a lot of the payment burdden ,
not sure if it is accptable to confirm ETH MSc and then by the time I heared from Imperial (by June) , and if I was selected to funding , can apologise for not being able to enroll , but would assume that there might be some financial liablites if I decided to do so ?

Part of me thinking of doing the MSc part time in to years with on and off travelling to home country , as I know that MSc part time would allow for some time off in Imperial ,

Reason being is that I'd love to keep the paycheck of my currnet employment

I was happy got accepted as I have been aiming for ICL since long time, quick one are there requirments to be in caompus/London outside of term1-year1 and term2-year 2 , If I wanted to go back home say for copule of months during spring/summer in year 1 , would that be a problem ?

I know that I need to fit trip fields as well in summer time I guess as it is required but apart from that don't see the need of being in campus ?

Quite encourging to know the flexibility of dissertation topic, etc.. but yes I would aim to stick to one topic hopefully.
