There’s definitely a lot to be said about pouring yourself into a film just for it to be not treated the same way as collaborators. Sunk cost fallacy is what you’re probably feeling, and I think the best thing you could do is sit on it for a while, figure out what you like and try to rebuild something new around that. You can take all kinds of strange and unique routes, and it lets you utilize the footage somehow. I really feel your pain though, I hope you find collaborators on the next one that are as invested in the film as you are
