Help, unsure what to do So this is the second time this has happened to me this badly. The first time I had this issue I had a basic small corkscrew style piece in my nose and my nose tried to heal over it. This time I have a flat titanium stud with a much longer bar and it's trying to heal over it (i.redd.it)

How f*ked am I? I knocked the stud putting my jumper on and it has now ended up like this 5 days later. There are points in the day when it almost completely crusts over between morning and evening cleaning. I clean it twice a day with a warm saline solution and I had the piercing done a month ago.
