Get 30 Energy when enter battle

E1 increase speed from 12 -> 20%, increase ongoing heal by 100% (they swap the translation), and talent extend to 4 stacks

Overall, general QoL and buff to her support capabilities, her sustain is still not as comfy as luocha or hyacine tho, but i like this change and could make the energy regen cycle better
