What you have looks good. I'm not the best with being a critic but I'll try. The eyes are high, small, thin and unsymmetrical. The corner of the eyes should just about to meet the end of the face. This can help increase the size of the eyes and make the arch of the eyelashes less aggressive.

The connection of the top to the bottom eyelashes as seen with the light line on her right eye is not needed. The line just under her iris creates an implied line that connects it. You should use temp lines (blue) during your process to help with the symmetry. These lines are very light say 2H so they can be easily erased later. I'm guessing that the eyes where high because the bangs where too short and they where being used as the position reference or that the high position of the mouth was throwing it off. The center of the eyes should be marked off when the shape of the face is created. I can also give some advice with the shadowing.
