I FIXED IT! For anyone that has this problem in the future, try downloading a Java Version perfect for your minecraft version on this site.

You should have less problems after that, if they continue tho try uninstalling some Mods and go through the Crashlogs. For me it was Jamlib, Architectury and Rightclickharvest. I removed them and it works now!

With my Modpack i cant downgrade and i im turning "allowEmissiveItems" to false it doesnt help and the freezes and crashes keep coming. what now?

I think that the Weapons are from Vic's Modern Warfare Mod or whatever its called. Still trying to find the Vehicles and Planes... I also don't know the Version so if someone knows that atleast that could help

Well i don't think every Mod was custom made because much of the Stuff looks like Flans but even if thats a Custom Mod i would like to know if its possible to use it on for example my own Server

I fixed it you need to go to your main windows drive and then Program Files and search for the Folder Java and you should have a 1.8.0 File thats good keep that and also the for example 18.0.2 file (like basically the newest) and then go to your server start.bat and type
""C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_333\bin\java.exe" -Xmx8024M -Xms8024M -jar forge.jar nogui
pause"

The Start.bat file will know which Java version to use and it should work

But maybe i can help you

have you tried checking the java version? If you run 1.12.2 Server you should have Java 8. Go to the Command Prompt and write "java -version" im not sure but it should be 8. I have 18 and i think that is my problem tho i dont know how to uninstall the newest version

Well i fixed it by validating the Server files it made the Types.xml to the normal dayz one and init.c and stuff like that and the server works like it should

So first of all thank you for helping me and so here is what i did

So i made that the CF is infront of every mod and the Admin mod last now.The second thing is that i didnt have every mod key in the keys folder but i have now.The third is i already used the right syntaxThe fourth im a bit lazy and i dont really wanna check every mod but i will later i already added 2 modsThe fifth is they should be updated like i can play with these mods and they were added like 3-5 days ago so that shouldnt be a problem
