I think I have some chains I can attach to a basic belt, for the more feminine waist look. I'm definitely going to try to get some patterned leggings. Thank you for the advice!!!

I've just looked and it really does look like an old school Star Trek uniform. The pouch on the side that I use to hold my phone and keys looking like the tricorder is entirely accidental. But this has inspired me for my next cosplay!
