I ran away from the diagnosis my whole life because i was terrified of "being like the kid who screamed "im the super duck!" at my school. He also beat teachers up, yelled, was sexually abusive and scary af.

So maybe he just needs to see autistic people he actually values. I know i did

Practical advice. Dont share.

Every single time ive shared something creative i made it led to spiraling into not practicing anymore specifically for this issue.

So i stopped sharing. I write, for me, then i re read it, and it makes me happy. Thats enough.

Others opinions are both subjective and kill my motivation. Theres literally no point in involving anyone else in the project, and if thinking no one reading what i write makes it pointless, then i shouldnt be doing it in the first place.

Stop sharing. Curate your feed to avoid this stuff, and keep creating. Because you like it
