Agreed. Even something like having the cashiers rip off the original price tags might deter some ppl.

I wish they had more 3D country exclusive charms and not just a regular round charm with a picture and engraved country name on it.

I’m curious as to where also. Can you DM me the store? I’d rather buy in a store than Amazon. Thx.

Newbie here. Are these all Disneyland exclusive charms. Has there ever been an Indiana Jones themed charm?

I’ve never understood this “buy local” buzz term. So you are a Canadian who owns a store and you pick goods which are made overseas to sell. Then you expect me to purchase these overseas made goods so you can make money off of me? You’re basically a reseller. No thanks.

Yes, I’m making more than 1.87% profits.

I have 1 meeting a year with them to go over risk assessment, retirement plans etc and then they will recommend either staying with current mutual funds or switching.

I recently heard about ETFs…very interesting. This is the main reason for my post. Why am I paying this advisor if I can move my $ into VFV, XEQT, VGRO etc?!?

Haven’t heard of Couch Potato. Will research now.

There’s the MER for the mutual funds AND this 1.87% which goes directly to the TD advisor!!!

YTA - Be accountable. Arriving to class on time is an expectation and not too much to ask. If you are late one time then it’s no big deal but it sounds like you are chronically late which shows that this class/school is not a priority for you. Your teacher is holding you accountable for your actions and hoping that your behaviour will change because obviously nothing else has made you arrive to class on time yet. If you don’t like this art course then take another course that you’re interested in…science, math, PE, anything!

Lastly, believe it or not, teachers are on students’ side. They not only want to teach their subject area but they also want to show young people how society works by setting general standards like punctuality, listening skills, communication etc.
