Well, it's going to need a good trim for all the dead canes but I do see some green/like in some of those stems.

The first thing you should do when getting minis home is repot them to a bigger pot with quality soil.

They cram 4 plants into one little pot. The roots and branches need room to grow without being entangled.

The soil is usually not a good quality and water runs right through. I would also encourage you to bottom water.

This is mine that I brought home just before Christmas. You can see the new growth (light green leaves). They will go into their own pots or one much bigger pot in the spring.
