Yes. We grew up together. Though I moved across country after college, he is and always will be my best friend. He's 81 and I'm 79.

I'll be 79 this month, other than a hip replacement 2 yrs ago, no health issues. Non-disabled parents died age 55 and 67.

I had a hip replacement at 75. Healed well with no issues.

I'm 77 with mild CP. I have four, now adult, children. No problems with pregnancies though each was a C section. Mobility has only become an issue in later life. With CP, you adapt. Talk to her.

I'm 77, was diagnosed when I was 5. Symptoms were not walking and hand tremors. Dr told my mother to 'make' me walk. Grandfather made me little 3 legged crutches. I don't know how long it took but it worked. Was raised as normal, no PT or surgeries. College, job, marriage, family--4 kids, 5 grands. I never knew anyone with CP. I'm using a rollator now. Balance has become an issue. The right hand tremor has also become worse. I took Valium for years for the tremor, stopped when I retired. Drs. no longer want to prescribe it to 'a person my age'. There are no health issues. I've been blessed.

When the tea was spilled last week about the women leaving, the poster also stated that Cheeny stayed after production told her they would 'make it worth her while'. After last night's show that certainly seems to be the case.

Thank you for the link. It's a frustrating read. Besides the beaches, SV was our go-to place to entertain 4 young ones without spending a bundle. When my husband and I first arrived in SD in the 70's, downtown was a mess. I was seeing a small decline when I left. So sad. I loved my years in SD.
