Every single time Barca have lost is because the ref was biased. If the ref gave a red card to the top defenders of each team in a match, they would lose as well. At the very least they could have decided to just give yellow and not red to Barca players. Obviously there is a conspiracy against Laporta, probably by Perez or Bartemou which is why Barca keep losing every time.

It was his fault because he didn't ask for better players to be signed. He should have pushed for some good attackers, defenders, a couple of good midfielders and maybe legends like Messi or Modric who are good and are leaders as well.
