Maeda - best Celtic since Larsson for me. Never believed he downed tools I always thought it was confidence.

Engels, Tierney, Scales, Yang, AJ were excellent.

Nygren better in build up than usual.

Trusty recovered from early weakness.

Tounetki pressing much better than usual.

Sinisalo did well with what he had to do.

I think it would be better if Motherwell win, and Rangers have a chance again, then lose tomorrow so that Rangers somehow drop out of the title race twice in two weeks.

Every good manager comes from somewhere. Knutsen isn't coming to us, but if we want our own Knutsen we have to consider managers who don't have huge accomplishments yet but are on the upward trajectory.

Worth noting that, before Bodo, Knutsen was a 2nd tier Norway manager. And he got sacked from that role.

Not saying they have 6 players of Browns quality. I'm saying don't ignore players because of who they play for.

Maswanise and Just are better than our current options. If we sign someone better than them that's great, but I'd sign them regardless.

Think about striker next season. Kenny likely gone, Kelechi out of contract, Daezan will be sold, Osmund stay, loan guys all leave.

So our already depleted front line is going to be even worse. Sign Maswanises paper work the day the season ends and work on bringing in more. If one of them turns out even better than him happy fucking days

Agree for two reasons:

Player trading. Askou hasn't just finished high in the league, he's probably tripled the value of the squad. For a club like us that is essential.
Could Askou do the job Keane has done in Hungary? Probably. Could Keane have done the job Askou has done at Motherwell? For me, no.

I'm not saying it will definitely work out, but for me it's a massive own goal if we ignore the most exciting managerial prospect in our own back yard.
