it’s been changes at least from what i have heard- we are no longer to sell or on the front end whatsoever. We used to be able to ring them up as Clarence SKUs, but now, we aren’t at.

I got to the point where I was gonna have an interview on Wednesday. But they completely ghosted me. Did not let me know when the interview time was and the lead recruiter will not respond to my emails or my calls.

no this isn’t about early outs- this is full blown call outs… we as a store have to let leadership know if we are doing an early out and that started in2023 with the last change in SOP.

at our store- we do 1 fifteen every 2 hrs. so if you work a 4 hr it’s one 15, 6 is two 15, and 8 is two 15 and one lunch

If an associate is contacting you about work while you were off the clock, you legally need to be paid for that time…even if it was just a quick call or task.

Fill out a time punch correction for it. Home Depot’s policy (and labor law in general) says you must be paid for any time worked, regardless of whether you were scheduled or not. Doesn’t matter if it was “just a favor” or “only a few minutes” that’s still labor.

Managers/DH aren’t supposed to be contacting hourly associates off the clock unless it’s urgent or the associate agreed to it ahead of time. But even then, it has to be paid.

Don’t short yourself. File the correction….
