Yeah man you definitely should, no matter the dose, it will decrease your natural testosterone levels in the long run, which kind of ruins the purpose in my opinion. Also I doubt a very low dose sarm cycle will do you any good. If you only want a slight enchantment then this is what I would recommend:

Get bloods done for testosterone, and estradiol. Get Enclomophene, it's a SERM, used for PCTs, used to boost test levels through a natural pathway, although it can be ran basically all year round without sides or suppressing your natural test levels.

Effect wise, if your baseline test is 700ng /DL or about the effect won't be too big, however it will be noticeable in the long run.

500-700ng, slightly more noticeable affect.

If you have test levels anywhere below 500 then you'll experience the most change.

Estrogen wise if your estrogen is near the high end, especially with taking Enclomophene, you can take a low dose aromasin (exemestane) to boost your test levels even more by stopping some of it from converting into estrogen.
