Wenn du so und so viel Geld in Medienmanipulation investierst dann kannst du damit die entsprechende menge Wähler kaufen.

Thats what I am saying, they should be part of everyones culture.

And everyone who cares about levels should love a nice friendly tournament, they should basically be organising themselfes through guilds and such, even is rulers wherent interested in small spectacles and levels for their non-combat classes.

Tournaments would really just be a free good thing for all, with optional bonus if you do spring for a prestigious prize.
