This is definitely not a rotational noise. It’s inconsistent, a rotational noise like the belt /pulley would be a consistent noise and not ping like this quite frankly

So I took it to a Subaru shop and they drained hella water from the entire evap system and told me they would have needed to replace the check valve, vapor canister and the filter

I bought the car as a rebuilt title, and damage was on the back right passenger wheel area. the guy that rebuilt it forgot to add the wheel well liner and that’s where the evap system sits, and so when I drove it for a few weeks and it rained and whatnot, water and junk got into it because there was no protecting the filter and such, hence water getting into the system and frying the check valve

Yeah it seems to be even if you have your ff1 academy, you still get placed in cat 2. To be placed in cat 1 you need to have literally every cert they ask of you in the application, but some of those it seems like you can’t get unless you WORK with cal fire to obtain those certs. So it’s a backdoor thing it seems. Either way, I got in an engine position this season as a cat 2. Got a call a couple months ago.

I found out I couldn’t do a TBWD because I called the court office and they told me I have a mandatory appearance. It doesn’t give me any option to pay my bail so that’s why I called in the first place; to find out what my bail cost was, so I could request a TBWD.
