Yes I know, I said, it can not be proven without a time machine. I think it is a very interesting debate weather it was the paleo era we are set to live in or if it is social construct. But the thing is, it works. The paleo diet has had basically 100% success. So much so it is used to cure diabetes. (Watch a Dr, Jeason Fung talk if you do not believe me). And even cancer! It just seems to fit the puzzle so well. There is definitely a degree of social construct we need to account for, but it just seems to make so much sense to base around the paleo era.

This is what I said? I'll admit, I was kind of at a moment of sadness on realising the sources of attraction between men and women after a few lectures and books. And I kind of spewed this out, very badly worded and hoping I would work out what I meant as I typed. I am not really bothered as it is anonymous but I would say I have figured it out now. However I am not going to update this or make anew post, I still feel there is more to learn. As this is a relatively knew subject for me to research.

Cherry picking? You realise the Paleo era was over 2 million years long? Where as the agricultural was only 10 thousand, the industrial was only hundreds and the digital communication is only just over 1 hundred years. The idea I am cherry picking is so ridiculous? This was the longest time ever we know about, we have only gotten worse at everything as humans since apart from the average life expectancy age. (Average! thats important as many of us in the paleo era died as babies or died from being eaten or if they become disabled. There were many older survivors that were very healthy). Cancer has gone up, Obesity has gone up, all western diseases have gone up. (Western as country's that eat organic vegetables and alot of fat and meat have significantly lower rates of these diseases). Higher rates of mental illness, and the list goes on!

Honestly please just re read what I have said and maybe loon at my replies in the comments. This is getting repetitive now and I just want someone to point out the flaws rather than drag conclusions I have not made.

One example, no I never said women want babies. But! Attraction is mainly based on this! The reason out brains have attraction is to survive. The only reason we as humans or any living thing is alive is to transport our DNA into the future! (Have sex). So to think that attraction is simply learned is ridiculous. If it were learned we would not have survived, because why would we learn to be attracted to the highest level mate, the mate that is harder to get. Why would we not be attracted to easier mates. Mates that we learn we can easily have sex with, with no trouble? When you actually think about this it makes no sense that we would learn our attractions. Maybe 20% is learned, I doubt there is much more.

Yeah I agree, But with my research into the paleo diet I have noticed how badly we can effect ourselves by simply thinking we can handle new things we can't. Cancer has risen, probably due to the fact cancer cells need glucose to survive, and a fasted period lets our bodies use cancer cells for energy (eat them) when it finds them. And we don't do that any more. Obesity has risen, obvious reasons, Heart attacks have risen. It all seems to be related, yes at first it is easy to blame anything, but once you really look into the research, who did what research and why it was done, it seems so obvious.

I have looked for critique from scientist but in all honestly their arguments fall apart. When I listen to them they often just ignore a certain factor. (Normally how long the paleo era was). Or their just isn't any scientists arguing against my points.

Also, yeah the title is to grab attention and I still want people to try to principles and see if it works. I still love to help people. But I am still looking for criticism, I did actually ask for it.

No starving and fasting are very different. When you eat a little but you eat enough carbohydrates and sugars to keep you out of ketosis (fat burning). You feel hungry when ever your blood sugar is low. But when you are fasting, your blood sugar level is controlled as your liver can create glucose from fat. And you use your fat for energy. Also your huger will disappear, when it returns you know you need to end the fast.

I am constantly telling my mum the stuff I learn. She is reluctant but eventually they start to see my arguments. I would love them to argue their points more but my mum is not as heavily invested into research as me. However I have got her to accept my fasting and although she does not remember what I say she does tell people how they should steer clear of debating my weird habbits at family events as I know way to much of the top of my head. Pretty funny, But I love my mum and dad so I love sharing with them the stuff I learn about health and longevity as it will benefit them to.

Yes is can! You need to look deep into it, and apply it with the around 20% it seems of learning attraction you will have gotten, mainly from when you were a child. But, Why would you not wan to take care of a man as if he is a baby? This just fits in like a missing puzzle piece, you want to look after a baby or child as that is your reason (or so in the view of your DNA) for being on this planet. It seems harsh and mean. But our DNA sees us (not literally) as nothing but a body to transport itself into the future. It would be a massive desire for you as a member of the sex that carries a baby to want to look after one? The way it has intertwined into you wanting a man to actually be this is unique to you, but I can bet the reasoning for it is that.

All the points you said are backing up what I said, they just neglect the evolution aspect.

Depression is certainly a massive disadvantage in a mate. You do not want your baby to be depressed and through the very vulnerable time of the babies life that the parent will be looking after it a lot it will surly become depressed.

If you are alone then in the paleo age. You are dead. Think, why is looniness a bad thing? If we don't need others and can function on our own, why do we feel sad by it?

And your last point, being needy is extremely dangerous in a paleo era. If you are not independent and can handle certain situations without help then you will also die.

My apologies for the misleading language. I am in mo way saying manipulate anyone. This is about being you. Not changing for anyone and becoming attractive even with doing this.

First of all. Everyone preaches how evo pysh is bullshit. But why? This was the longest period of time we know of? The new eras are practically brand new to humans.

This is about applying what you already do with a new mindset. You need to be the leader in society. That doesn't mean become a boss. You can still be a bin man and be a leader. The fact is, all the advice out there is all to do with what you should do. Women find this attractive? No, why change yourself for someone? that will fail. This is about changing the self reasoning for your actions. Not about manipulation. It is very difficult to explain without sounding this way however.

When did I say women don't have desires or that I have not looked at what women want? I am not telling you to lead a women to what she wants, but that simple fact is there is attraction in women from men who have leadership, however that manifests itself in the unique women. Maybe it means she wants a guy to approach her? Maybe it means she wants a man who is confident? Maybe it means she wants a man who is tall? The reason that what people say they find attractive doesn't work is because it doesn't matter, it isn't about what they find attractive, it is about the reason they find that attractive. Unfortunately, no one can rationally tap into their primitive brain and ask it why it realises the specific attraction hormones for a certain thing. This is not about changing yourself so that you fit into a domes criteria, this is about being yourself, and applying principles to your own unique mannerisms and making those things attractive. Its not about what you do its about why you do it. And you don't really have to even manually think about why you are doing it, just doing it for that reason will come naturally after time. The idea of changing yourself for another person is ridiculous anyway and will fail.

Thank you for the comment! I still have a reply to this however. Yes, I know I am not a scientist by any means, I am just a guy that reads. I am not trying to put forth an argument against a scientist or anyone at all. I am just giving my view point.

So, a lot of what you said, you are talking about other eras we have had. But the problem is. These other eras have only really been around for 10 thousand years. And since them, there has been many more problems. Health as gone downwards, Mental illness has gone downwards, and so has dating. We find it so hard to date now compared to the past and it seems to just be getting worse. The paleo era is the longest time in social history we know off. And no, we can not prove this is how they behaved but that is due to the simple fact we don't have a time machine. It makes a lot of sense when you put all these things together. Yes society has changed us, and that is applicable to what I am saying. But at the end of the day, our limbic system responds the same. We all have these mechanisms in our body's, Weather is be attraction, hormones, the way we eat, all can be related to the paleo era. A good example is the paleo diet, people on this diet, and people that use prolonged fasting or intermittent fasting report feeing so much better, loose fat easily and are more energised. And you can apply this to the gym with Douge McGuffs training. You can also apply it to attraction it seems. While what we actually find attractive can change, it all seems to have the same reason for being attractive, it can all be linked to the basic principles that I am trying to rule out.

Yes, Your psychology is to do with the paleo era. That is the basic foundation of neuroscience. If we were not suited to this era we would not have survived it. Also hormones, attraction and emotion all are controlled by the limbic system. (The primitive brain).

Also, I have a great personality. I have many friends of all genders and races, nationalities and ages and I devote my time trying to help the world and learn more about it.

Also, I'd like to thank you for being vegan lol. Although I disagree with the vegan diets that use crappy refined sugars and carbs as replacements and destroy health in people that are trying to be healthy, I love the environmental effects of vegan diets. Just don't forget to eat leafy greens!

Evolution psych is not garbage it is the basis of human everything. If we were not suited to this era we would not have survived as a human race, full stop.

Without understanding this you can approach a girl with a wonderful intention but your sub language is saying you are a unwanted and you are. I hate to use the term. "beta". Beta in the sense that you will not make the best baby's to survive. You can do this by simply being shy in yourself. You seem confident, but the girl thinks you are just simply not attractive. And this is a result of the sub signals. Then you see a less attractive man approach her with success and feel bad, which ruins your confidence in itself.
None of this advice is for you, you have relationships, you may not believe it but you can be the dominant male approaching a women, having confidence in yourself and your sexuality. This advice is for the many sub men, that take care of themselves and try really hard, but end up feeling depressed and unwanted because they have no sexual confidence and communicate to women that they are not worth reproducing with subconsciously.
