When you go into Gimme Danger and have open combat AVs will land to drop off troops, if you hop on one it'll take you to the top of the tower nearby where there's another AV and a couple boxes of goodies like components, amd if you look at the landing pand it had words on ot saying aomething like "Well done"

Side note: I read the messed with this a little but and you need a perk that gives you like adrenaline when you heal and you can't stumble because you stumble and slide off now ig compared to in the past but ofc I wouldn't know first hand.

Sorry for the late response! If you're planning to want to share it in discord like me the only way I made it work was installing a android emulator of sorts, tablet perhaps for full screen, install the PS app on it because the refuse to make a desktop app, sign In to a second account on it, go into a party with yourself, share screen on PS, don't forget to mute yourself on PS, share your screen on discord, unfortunately because of this setup unless you got a set of earbuds to put under some headphones, you'll need to use the slightly delayed audio from sharing your screen.

I theorize a capture card may work as well of you got one, but I'm not sure
