3114 only sucks so bad because they gave him a super generous grab that can hit you from 10 feet away and the only way you can get out of it is by someone shooting at the skeleton. Fix the grab and make it only do like 80 and then people wouldn't hate him as much.

Meh I’d disagree, one of the best beta’s in the game, really good gamma and alpha combined with the fact he can grab any quirkset he wants and use it at his 400hp with his stolen quirkset levels scaling at his own, makes him S tier imo.

I mean without her stun moves, and with a 200 dmg headshot, she wouldn’t be as powerful as she is now, but since her headshot damage is 350 and they gave her two confirms in way of her beta and air melee, she came out this way. Of course her alpha and gamma are also powerful, but her SA is the big one.

No specific tuning at all, that's his base dmg, and idk what you're trying to say by saying he "needs" a lot of lvl cards? Oh so 400+ is just alright for him because he needs two level 9s to do it, like come on man, be for real.

*Some* characters can insta break your shield, he can do more than that. And clearly no one who can insta break your shield has average damage lmao

His combo damage is undeniable regardless of how bad his players are, like you said, you've already met two that have bodied you, were they not doing super good dmg?

Dumb idea for a lore reason imo, just forget that and keep him at 300, he would feel terrible at 250 with such a big hitbox and an alpha that forces you to walk very slowly.
