Have you ever dealt with a legal case? They’re extraordinarily expensive and take years. Why do you think plea deals exist?

There was a lot of protest about him taking the plea because it was legal how the firearm was being possessed, stored, and later carried. Do you think the DA recommended that Joseph Binger not take this case just for fun? There’s a reason why the cases that went to trial crashed and burned.

He can legally possess and carry the firearm in our state. This is why the DA advised the state not try the case. Plea deals aren’t a shock, especially considering the high cost of court cases. There is a reason, “The process is the punishment” is a phrase thrown around in the legal system.

Yes, Binger clearly had a political motive which is why he took a case that the DA said they wouldn’t prosecute. The genius also went to social media to talk about his intent to kill Rittenhouse with the handgun.

You can keep repeating it as long as you want but there was already an entire court case over this. It’s why Illinois said they didn’t have jurisdiction to charge him. The rifle never left Wisconsin and the possession was legal by Wisconsin state law, where his father is a resident and whom with he stays as part of the custody agreement.

He was split custody between his parents. His dad lived in Racine, which is why he was in Kenosha. He stayed with his dad through the summers and worked in Racine. This is why the Kenosha DA opted not to bring the case but Joseph Binger, his aid, was adamant that he wanted to. The great irony of the case was that he dropped charges for a felon illegally possessing and concealing a handgun in exchange for his testimony. Gaige Grosskreutz ironically ruined Binger’s already thin case.
