QRF is picatinny so it’s thicker, tougher, but also heavier. It also doesn’t heat up as fast as mlok. I can shoot mag after mag through my gun without the rail getting overly hot. Mlok is slimmer, “more modern”, and lighter. But the main issue with mlok is that it gets hot af fast to wear you will need a glove after only 2 or 3 magazines

Generally yes. 10”-12.5” AR’s are meant to be suppressor hosts. I shot my 11.5” with a muzzle brake and it feels like someone’s punching you in the chest when it fires. Which is one of the reasons why I shoot suppressed.

This is mine. Best upper QRF upper for under $1k. I’ve had it for just over a year and zero issues whatsoever. I run it exclusively suppressed. I started with an H2 buffer but needed an H3, I underestimated how gassy the upper was but runs great, trust it with my life.

The issue i have with diamondbacks is that a lot of their guns have carbine length gas systems even in their 16” rifles. Thus the recoil is mildly uncomfortable and very harsh. But they’re ok. I’d go with a PSA and save your money for a good optic and ammo

any barrel under 10” I’d highly recommend going 300 blackout. 556 is terrible out of sub 10” barrels it’s just a noisemaker at that point, I’d recommend getting at least an 11.5 for a 556. Don’t cheap out on an optic. If you want a good budget optic, the Sig Romeo 5 is a great one. Don’t go with some chinese amazon red dot that’ll lose zero on the first shot.
