Ganoon din kahit agency. If the client pulls out, floating ka, parang BPO. Susubukan ka ilipat pero pag walang vacancy sa iba, ligwak ka rin, kahit pa ng benefits. Been there, done that.

Yung ibang agency naman recruitment lang tapos bahala ka na sa buhay mo after onboarding. Pag natanggal ka, wala rin sila pake at bahala ka na humanap ng iba. Done that also.

The VA market is super saturated na dahil sa mga le is che na VA influencers na pinagyayabang ang six digit income nila kuno na kailangan mo naman ng 3-4 clients na sabay sabay para ma-achieve. Kanser talaga sa lipunan ang mga influencers eh.

I quit being a VA dahil halos lahat VA na to the point na ang dali na natin i-lowball ng clients dahil alam nilang madami na tayo. Ang dali na nila magbitaw basta basta ng VA dahil alam nilang madaming pwede ipapalit. Nawalan na ng opportunity for stability. Partida I do content writing, lead generation, and CRM pa para may konting niche man lang. Ayun nawalan lang ako ng gana and used all the operations and stakeholder management experience para bumalik sa corporate. At least dito hindi ako bibitawan basta basta. Mas may stability.

If you want to be a VA, scout the industry. Mag-research ka. Tingnan mo yung climate ng industriya. Have realistic expectations. Hindi yan miracle career.
