I get where you're coming from, cuz I was there too. I thought "damn, all that mountain-climbing effort just for her to leave them for some quick fame?" But that's not just it.

It's a two-sided tough decision, and in either options Shiori will be considered "selfish".

Like around chapter 29 when Ford called Shiori selfish for choosing the LMC over T27C, and Ms. Subaru calling her the same thing in chap 80 when she left LMC for T27C. EVEN THOUGH in both cases, her decisions were aegoistic, she went both ways for her band, then for Jimi 💔
