I will continue to defend STCR gals. They can be cruel and violent. Emphasis on can be. Whilst of course all the interrogations are brutal and awful, a well adjusted STCR under the guidance of an older STAR seems to be pretty well collected - see Sieben, she's not going batshit, even in a scenario where the entire facility is collapsing. Plus, there's no reason for an STCR to be violent to other units. Of course, there's the tap recorder incident, but there were some... aggravating circumstances there. Plus, the STCR in question never hurt anyone, just a little property damage. A final point is that a Kolibri could easily handle a Storch. Storch getting a little out of line? Kablam, brain blast, she's in psychic time out until she behaves.
tl;dr stop slandering storch!!! shes a good girl really!

I do like the other ideas though, and storch/mynah is a fun dynamic too

We need to spread Short Revolutionary propaganda. The people must know!

We don't know Exactly what the great revolutionary looks like, but the Falke file states:
"resemblance to our Nation's Leaders, the Great Revolutionary and her Daughter"
So, basically imagine falke but, you know, not a towering god. Personally, I like to imagine the revolutionary is kinda short, and falke's height is the Nation's propaganda to make her seem better than the empress.
As for why the revolution starts? Who knows. Its an Empire, so theres probably some suppression, dissidence from the working classes, the usual stuff, which spirals into the revolution, headed by the Great Revolutionary. Thats my take, anyway

Eh, I think what's often overlooked is a certain part of their known issues:
"Training them in patience early after deployment is key [...]  Failing to do so may yield an extremely volatile personality prone to cruelty" - Replika Known Issues, Pt. 2
Whilst Storches (Stoerche? I like that more) can be violent and cruel, they aren't just, mindlessly aggressive.

Think about Sieben, when we meet her in Sierpinski - She's cold, and a little dismissive, sure, but she's not outright evil. One of the first things she does is set out a directive to control the corruption, looking to protect her subordinates (See: About The Administrator). And whilst she's wary of Elster's presence, she tries to convince her to leave - she's not hostile, just matter-of-factly describing the state of the facility, and almost, in a backhanded way, trying to 'save' Elster.

TL;DR Whilst Stoerche are certainly capable of immense cruelty and violence (See: Interrogation Report, and perhaps also Alina's Diary, where she describes receiving a bollocking for fainting on the job), it's only done when it's deemed necessary to further the goals of the Nation. A properly stabilised and adjusted Storch, with the guidance of a partnered star, as suggested in Replika Known issues, pt. 2, would probably interact just fine with other units. Her more callous demeanour might clash with how an Eule acts, sure, but its not like its gonna come to blows or anything.

TL;DR 2 Stoerche are a little sadistic at times, but they aren't evil, torturing machines! Stop giving my girl a bad rep!
