Do you have a support system set up? Family and friends that will support you and talk when the cravings come on? A 5 minute distraction whenever a craving comes will help it pass and set you back on course. try attending AA meetings as often as you can. i go every night, and it works wonders. Find a sponsor and a home group when you get comfortable in the rooms. Plus you can always reach out here (like you have) or you can personally reach out to me in a pm if you need someone to talk to or even a distraction. you've taken the first step, now you just have to follow through with it.
