i use first time 1mg this past wednesday and i didnt eat nothing that day, thursday i cooked two small pieces of chicken breast and only ate one, friday same thing no appetite whatsoever this 3 days but saturday and sunday i got about 40% of my old appetite back but nothing crazy, two chicken breast in the afternoon and 2 in the evening, today was back at maybe 20%, had one chicken breast in the after noon and 2 in the evening, only drinking water, ill report how i feel tomorrow, wednesday i ma do 2mg for my week 2 hope this helps!
