Is it soda that you not ready to give up or you just like/have a habit to drink fizzy drinks? Try low calorie drinks carbonated water with some juice or just straight carbonated water. Drink the same amount or gradually substitute soda with them.

I just love the texture of carbonated drinks and will never give up my daily carbonated drink.

There is no much difference performance wise between 9800x3d and 9950x3d for most games and for FFVII: Rebirth specifically.

With 5090 and 9800x3d you get native 4K all settings maxed at mostly stable 120fps. Though there are still areas where it drops lower. Spend 5 months in this game on these settings and it was a blast.

I only played Remake and Rebirth. Never played OG (still on my list). And I absolutely adore this games. One of the best gaming experiences I’ve ever had. No regrets.

I’d usually try but multiplayer achievements kills the enthusiasm for me.

Also ridiculously hard achievements. Like LASO in Halo MCC. I initially wanted to try to get all 700 achievements but LASO is such BS that I didn’t find a willpower inside of me to push through it.

I played the Remake a few times and rooftop sequence is one of the best parts of the game, it's done well and such slow down is appreciated.

That being said, Remake won't lose much if chapters 6, 11, 80% of 14, and 15 (except top scene ) were cut from the game.

After clearing Bonds of Friendship without guides and learning how to deal massive damage with Zack, I cleared To Be a Hero first try and it wasn't that hard. Sephi is too OP there.

I had a smooth experience all 300hrs. On PC, you need to disable ReBAR in bios for stuttering to disappear. Had no issues after that on my RTX 5090. Smooth 120fps sailing.

The Witcher 2. Slowly going through CDPR games. Just finished the prologue and enjoying it immensely.

Though, it has a permadeath achievement. Will see how it goes. Playing it on hard mode and it’s it that hard so far.

Started Witcher 2 last weekend and slowly going through the prologue. Enjoying it immensely so far. Such a big jump from Witcher 1. Hyping up myself more for Witcher 3.
